Girls Swimming and Diving: Josephson, Foote win two

LITTLE FALLS--Alice Foote and Rachel Josephson each won two individual events and swam on a winning relay for the Little Falls Flyers in a 106-74 non-conference loss to the Alexandria Cardinals Tuesday.

Foote outswam the field in the 200-yard freestyle and 100 backstroke and Josephson touched first in the 50 and 100 freestyle. They teamed up with Rachel Pusc and Katie Corbett to win the 400 free relay.

Emma Gustafson posted the top score in diving.
