WILLMAR — Brainerd’s Brenna Deason was third on vault and tied for first on the floor exercise as the Brainerd Warriors placed fourth as a team in the Central Lakes Conference Championship Saturday, Feb. 8.
Making all-conference for the Warriors was Deason for all-around, floor exercise, balance beam and vault. Izzy Olson earned it in all-around, floor, uneven parallel bars and vault, Josie Harguth for balance beam and Kenna Smith for floor exercise.
All-conference honorable mentions included Smith on vault, Ellie Selisker on vault, Brooke Jones on uneven parallel bars and Olson on balance beam.
Olson placed third on floor with a 9.425 and was eighth in the all-around.
