The Brainerd Warriors placed second in the Central Northwest Conference tournament after losing to Fergus Falls Maroon 3-1 in the championship match.
Freshman Shakira Warta was named outstanding bowler of the conference with 83โ -percent fills after 75 regular-season games. Warta placed seventh in the state overall.
Warta and Hannah Larson were named to the All-CNC first team. Kelsy Warta, Caitlin Brooks and Abbey Thurstin were named to the all-conference second team.
Brainerd qualified for the state tournament April 23 at Andover Lanes in Andover.
