The Brainerd Warriors opened up Central Northwest Conference play by going 3-0 Jan. 13 at Jack's House in Brainerd.
Brainerd defeated Detroit Lakes, St. Cloud and Fergus Falls Gold.
High bowler for the day was Shakira Warta with 88-percent fills. Warta threw 15 strikes, 15 spares and only two open frames.
The next conference match will be Sunday, Jan. 20 at Great River Bowl in Sartell.
