PILLAGER-Eli Horn carried 10 times for 91 yards and scored on runs of 7 and 34 yards to lead the Pillager Huskies to a season-opening 36-14 Midwest District victory over the Pelican Rapids Panthers Friday.
The Huskies, who outrushed the Panthers 325-163, also received rushing touchdowns from Joshua Doss (5 yards) and Aaron Klein (2 yards) and saw Dylan Loftis return an interception for a score.
