High School Football: Yellowjackets sting Patriots 34-32

PERHAM--Cale Wolf tossed four touchdown passes for the Pequot Lakes Patriots in a 34-32 loss to the Perham Yellowjackets Friday, Sept. 14, in a Midwest Red Subdistrict game.

Three of Wolf's scoring strikes went to Bode Magnuson and the fourth to Dylin Ackerman. Zach Jorgens ran for the other Patriot score.

Perham led 14-12 at halftime, but Pequot tallied 20 unanswered points in the second half to lead 32-14.

It was all Perham after that as the Yellowjackets answered with a 20-point rally of their own. They scored twice on fourth and long in the final quarter, tacking on a two-point conversion to the last touchdown for the winning points with less than two minutes left to play.
