Warrior Girls Hockey: Warriors dominate play in win at TRF

THIEF RIVER FALLS—Abby Pohlkamp and Cheyenne Abear each finished with two points for the Brainerd/Little Falls Warriors who dominated play in a 4-2 non-conference win over the Thief River Falls Prowlers Friday, Jan. 11.

BLF peppered the Prowlers nets with 57 shots while Warrior goalie Olivia King faced just six shots.

After TRF jumped out to an early 1-0 lead, Pohlkamp scored a goal in each of the first two periods and Sophie Robinson added one in the second for a 3-1 lead heading into the final 17 minutes.

Abear assisted on Pohlkamp's first score and added a goal of her own in the third for Brainerd's final score.
