BREEZY POINT - Breezy Point withstood six penalties and the Minnesota Flying Aces failed to take advantage of any power-play opportunities as the North Stars skated away with a 5-2 win, their first of the season, Saturday night.
Alex Mimmack, Felix Conrads, Blake Neumann, Nolan Magsamen and Tyler Larwood scored for Breezy Point.
Assists were by Crosby Steen, Neumann, Ryan Herbert, Jordan Carey, Austin Weber and Ryan Dunner.
Dakota McDonald recorded 26 saves for Breezy Point.
