Junior Hockey: Stars build lead, Flying Aces rally for win

LITTLE FALLS - Ryan Hebert and Seyia Hayata scored for Breezy Point as the North Stars took a 2-0 lead but went on to lose 3-2 to the Minnesota Flying Aces of Little Falls in a North American3 Hockey League game Saturday night.

Jack Anderholm marked down two assists and Hayata and Jordan Carey each had one. Jaxson Gosnell stopped 33 shots for the Stars.

Zachary Johnston, Bradee Thompson and Blake Neumann scored for the Aces. and Dakota McDonald made 32 stops for the Aces.

Overall: BP 10-29-3, MFA 6-30-2. Next: Breezy Point vs. Granite City Lumberjacks at St. Cloud 7:30 p.m. Friday.
