DULUTH-Abby Sencia scored three goals and 10 other Brainerd Warriors found the net as the girls club team opened the season with a 14-2 victory April 23 over Superior Wisconsin.
Also scoring for Brainerd were Grace Schulte, Alyssa Copham, Britney Fletcher, Kortny Villnow, Mara Roberts, Hailey Mollner, Heidi Jacobson, Macey Peterson, Sophia Urbaniak and Emily Nelson.
Audrey Collins registered the win in net and was helped by defenders Shannon Dihn, Megan Tschida, Teagon Maloney, and Raya Erikson.
Other team members include: Anna Nichols, Sayali Blowers, Mia Thelen, Elizabeth Eigen, Abby Thelen, Sophia Heidmann, and Jaycie Hinrichs.
Brainerd's next game will be Wednesday vs. Rocori at Cold Spring. The Warriors will host Grand Rapids 11:30 a.m. Saturday and Superior 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Don Adamson Field.
