ST. CLOUD-Max Boran pitched a five-inning three hitter to lift Nisswa over the St. Cloud Chutes 11-1 Monday.
Boran allowed just the one earned run. He walked four and struck out one. He helped his own cause by going 3-4 with a double and an RBI.
Bryce Flanagan went 3-3 with a double, triple and two RBIs. Chris Karels was 2-3 and Mac Brink was 2-3 with two RBIs.
Nisswa scattered six singles in a 6-2 loss to the St. Cloud 76ers Monday.
Mac Brink and Zach Hukriede each singled and scored a run for Nisswa.
