PIERZ-Austin Dickmann scattered two hits over five innings and Preston Rocheleau pitched two shutout innings of relief to pitch Pierz past Little Falls 2-0 Tuesday.
Dickmann struck out five and walked two. Rocheleau struck out three and walked one over two innings.
Rocheleau was also 2-3 with an RBI for Pierz's only two hits. Reese Kapsner and Blake Kowalczyk scored Pierz's two runs.
Zach Opatz and Caleb Strack connected for Little Falls' lone two hits.
Jake Kapphahn pitched two innings and allowed one unearned run on one hit. He struck out three. Nik Durfee allowed one unearned run on one hit. He struck out two over four innings.
