Men’s College Basketball: Big second half powers Raiders

Central Lakes faced Northland on the road Wednesday, Feb. 2.

THIEF RIVER FALLS — Jalen Dearring and Quamar Gresham combined for 49 points to lead the Central Lakes College Raiders to a 74-57 Northern Division victory over the Northland Pioneers Wednesday, Feb. 2.

Dearring finished with 28 points, six rebounds, five assists and five steals. Gresham added 21 points and three rebounds.

Josh Lewis and Zaa Buffalo both tallied nine points for CLC which avenged an earlier 70-63 loss to Northland Jan. 12.

It’s the fifth-straight victory for CLC which will host Itasca 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5.
