Lamontrell Fuller continued his hot shooting with a 22-point performance to lead the Central Lakes College Raiders to a 74-64 win over Northern Division rival Vermilion Wednesday.

Keonte' Jenkins added 19 points and Timothy Boyd tallied 16 for the Raiders, who moved even with the Ironmen at 2-1 in division play.

Vermilion shot just 1-20 from behind the arc but went to the foul line 40 times, making 31 free throws.

The Raiders shot 39 percent as a team, but led by Fuller, they outscored Vermilion by a 10-point margin in the paint.

"This was a confidence booster and we needed that," said head coach Jim Russell. "We are still going through some struggles that we need to play through, but anytime you beat Vermilion it is a good win."
