Men's College Basketball: Raiders ruffle Blue Jays

Thomas Kornbaum led all scorers with 23 points and Lamontrell Fuller followed with 22 as Central Lakes College went well over the century mark in a 114-69 win over Minnesota West in the opening round of the Winter Classic Friday at Brainerd.

Kornbaum and Fuller had the post offense taken care of while Keonte Jenkins roamed the parameter with 18 points as the Raiders shot 57 percent from the field.

CLC defeated the Blue Jays 84-69 in Worthington Dec. 10.

The Raiders defense was stout as they allowed just 24 points and 33 percent shooting from Minnesota West in the first half.

It was the fourth win in the last five games for the Raiders.
