Men's College Basketball: Raiders win 15th straight game

HIBBING--Darsean Woodson scored 14 points as the Central Lakes College Raiders stayed undefeated in Northern Division play with an 86-73 win over the Hibbing Cardinals Saturday.

The win was 15th straight for the Raiders who are ranked third in NJCAA Division III.

Deshun Patterson added 13 points, N'Gai Dixon 12 and Nic Wiesmann 10 for the Raiders whose ranking is the highest ranking the CLC program has had under the direction of head coach Jim Russell.

With weekend wins over Rainy River and Hibbing, the Raiders improved to 6-0 in division play.

"The weekend was good with close games both games," said Russell. "The thing that I realized was that we have some really good players helping us off of the bench. We got great play from Ronald Bacon, Lamontrell Fuller and Patterson off the bench.

"Wiesmann and Trey Heinsius did a great job rebounding with 10 and 11, respectively, tonight."
