FAIRBANKS, AK. - Senior guard Jordan Riewer of Staples led the Minnesota State University Moorhead men's basketball team to its third consecutive victory by scoring 21 points in an 86-75 win over West Alabama Thursday night.
Riewer led all scorers while also posting a team-high eight assists. Sophomore Aaron Lien of Moorhead grabbed seven rebounds to lead the Dragons in that category while also scoring 11 points.
It was the first of three games in the Alaska Invitational for the Dragons, who were scheduled to play Black Hills State in Fairbanks on Friday night.
