BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Brainerd's Mitch McLain scored a goal and teammate Matt Pohlkamp collected an assist as Bowling Green State University Falcons lost to Northern Michigan 4-3 Saturday night.
The Falcons, ranked No. 8 in the country, fell to 18-9-5 overall, 14-7-3 in WCHA play.
On Friday, McLain earned an assist as the Falcons lost in overtime 3-2.
Bowling Green travels to Alaska-Anchorage for 11:07 p.m. games Friday and Saturday, Feb. 27-28.
