DETROIT-Penn State scored to eliminate the Golden Gophers from the Big Ten Tournament in the second overtime Friday night in Detroit.
The score to make it 4-3 came from Penn State's Erik Autio in the fifth period. Other goals from Penn State came from Dylan Richard in the third period, Alec Marsh in the second period and Nikita Pavlychev in the first period.
Gophers goals came from Rem Pitlick and Justin Cloos in the first period and another in the third from Jack Sadek.
