CAMP RIPLEY - The Brainerd Warriors boys' and girls' Nordic ski teams each finished sixth Tuesday in the Little Falls Invite at Camp Ripley.
The Brainerd girls posted a team score of 104 while the boys posted a score of 108.
Pat Mangan was the high finisher for the Warrior boys, coming in at seventh with a time of 15:32. Katherine Mueller was the high finisher for the Brainerd girls, finishing seventh at 17:20.
Other high Warrior finishers were Amanda Finstad at 15th with a time of 18:35 and Tyler Vanderlinden at 17th with a time of 16:23.

Kempenich second for host Flyers
CAMP RIPLEY - The Little Falls Flyers girls' Nordic ski team's Melissa Kempenich finished second Tuesday in the Little Falls Invite at Camp Ripley with a time of 16:51.
The Flyer girls, who won the invitational with a score of 18, had four top-ten finishers including Kempenich. Jackie Thelen finished third, Molly Binger fifth and Kayla Meyer eighth. Beth Hauer finished 11th and Megan John 19th for Little Falls.
Leading the way for the Flyer boys, who finished fifth with a score of 60, was Luke LeBlanc, who finished eighth with a time of 15:34. Phil Prosapio finished 13th and Kyle Czech 16th.
