The Lake Country Nordic Ski Club will host a free cross-country ski clinic beginning at 10 a.m. Jan. 5 at the Cut Lake Ski Trail in Backus.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about classic skiing techniques and the latest equipment improvements.
The clinic is for all levels of skiers, from beginners to experienced, and lunch will be provided at noon. The clinic is open to the public.
The Cut Lake Ski Trail parking lot is approximately 10.5 miles west of Pine River on County Road 2 (24th Street S.W.)
