This painting of a pair of pheasant roosters in flight by Mark Kness of Freeborn, Minn., has been chosen as the winner of the 2020 Minnesota Pheasant Habitat Stamp Contest. Kness' painting, his first winning entry in the pheasant stamp contest, will be featured on Minnesota's 2020 pheasant habitat stamp. The $7.50 pheasant stamp validation is required for Minnesota pheasant hunters age 18 to 64. For an extra 75 cents, the validation and pictorial stamp are available by mail.
