Area Boys Basketball: Gobblers force overtime on C-I, but Rangers remain unbeaten

CROSBY — Carsen Turk scored 18 and Jordan Oehrlein 15 as the Crosby-Ironton Rangers needed overtime to top the Aitkin Gobblers 58-55 Tuesday, Jan. 18.

Will Meyer added 11 points for the undefeated Rangers in the Mid-State conference game.

Aitkin’s Gus Sanford scored 13 followed by 12 points from Zack MacDonald and Jaeland Willams and Landon Janzen’s 11.

Rian Struss scored 16 points for the Tigers followed by Jared Hamilton’s 14 points, Robert Beuckers’ 12 points and Andrew Beuckers’ 11.
