Area Boys Soccer: Hornets hang a loss on St. Francis

BAXTER — Trey Ogren and Joseph Bostrom each scored two first-half goals as the Lake Region Christian Hornets rolled to a 4-0 victory over St. Francis Thursday, Oct. 13.

Soren Benson registered three assists and John Paul Fitzpatrick assisted on another goal.

Goalie Ryan Arns collected 10 saves for the Hornets.

ST. CLOUD — Ethan Yorek tallied eight saves for the Little Falls Flyers as they lost 8-0 to the St. Cloud Tech Tigers in the Section 8-2A Quarterfinals Thursday, Oct. 13.

The Flyers kept the score 1-0 through the first 50 minutes before the Tigers scored seven goals in the final 30 minutes of play.
