Area Track and Field: Aitkin with 4 individual winners in Foley

FOLEY — Aitkin’s boys’ and girls’ teams both picked third-place finishes in the Braham Indoor Track and Field invite Saturday, March 25, at Foley.

Aitkin’s Tika May earned a win in the 55-meter hurdles while Emma Jacobson won the triple jump in 28-4.

On the boys side for the Gobblers, Mason Boyd won the triple jump with a jump of 37-5.5 and Isaiah Baker won the high jump in 5-8.

Aitkin boys scored an 88 for third place behind first place Pine City and second place Rush City. The girls scored 75 behind first place Pine City and second place Braham.
