BEMIDJI — Pequot Lakes’ Calia Chaney won the 400-meter run, 800 run and anchored the 4x400 relay team to first place and helped the Patriot girls finish second in an indoor meet in Bemidji Tuesday, April 11.
Pillager’s Jessa Kimman finished second in the 60 hurdles and helped the Pillager 4x200 relay team finish second.
Pequot Lakes’ Charlie Schiessl won the 60 hurdles and helped the Patriots 4x400 relay finish third.
Eli Hall of Pequot Lakes won the 3200 run in 9:53.67 while Verndale’s Malachi Ervasti won the 60 dash in 7.22.

Pierz takes 1st in Mora
MORA — Ashley Kimman took home first places in the 55-meter hurdles, high jump and long jump to help the Pierz Pioneer girls get first place as a team in the Mora Quad indoor track and field meet Tuesday, April 11.

Derek Stangl won the 200 dash and long jump to help the Pierz’s boys capture first place as well.
Andres Carissa notched first place in the 800 run and 1600 run. Maddie Lochner won the triple jump while the girls' 4x400 and 4x800 relay teams also won.
Jonathan Cheney got first in the high jump and Caleb Koch in the pole vault while the boys' 4x200 relay team won too.
