WADENA — Gideon Ervasti captured the individual 6-1A section title at 220 for the Bertha-Hewitt/Verndale/Parkers Prairie Raiders as he was one of five wrestlers to advance to the State Tournament for BHVPP Saturday, Feb. 26.
Justin Olson, Bennet Arceneau, David Revering, and Deagen Captain all placed second by going 3-1 in their respective weight classes to advance to the state tournament.
Wadena-Deer Creek’s Mason Brauch and Koby Endres each placed second at 113 and 170 respectively as they advanced to the state tournament for the Wolverines.
