Area Wrestling: Gobblers fall to Mora in section final

MORA — Aitkin knocked off Rock Ridge 59-18 in the Section 7-2A Semifinals but fell to the Mora Mustangs 34-27 in the Section 7-2A Finals to miss out on the state tournament Friday, Feb. 18.

Nathan Trotter, Kenny Erickson, Marshall Larson, Carson Kullhem, Jacob Williams, Daniel Decent and Craig Ashton all picked up wins in both matches.

The Gobblers finish 23-5.
