BRAINERD — The Brainerd High School Athletic Hall of Fame was founded in 1985 and since then numerous Warrior greats have been enshrined.
After a year off, the Brainerd Athletic Hall of Fame is looking for nominations from the public. Nominees must, during and following their career, have exemplified the pride and spirit that is Brainerd Warrior athletics.
There are three categories in which a person can be nominated. A player must be a Brainerd graduate and out of high school for at least seven years. A coach must have coached in District 181 and a person at large is a member of the community who has made significant contributions to Brainerd High School athletics.
The induction ceremony will be Monday, May 2 at the 47th annual All-sports Banquet.
