Andrew Albirght was named the Brainerd Warriors MVP for the boys track and field season.
Albright reached state in three events and won the state title in the shot put with a 57-foot-1 throw. He finished seventh in the triple jump and nearly reached the final in the 110-hurdles at state.
Albright was also honored with All-State and was a top 10 finalist for Mr. Track and Field.
Michael Howe was named the Most Improved Senior and was a part of the 4x800 relay team which finished third at state. He was another All-State performer.
Thomas Ruhl, Brandon Stark and Baden Bastian also All-State for the Warriors on the 4x800 relay.

Stark also was eighth at state in the 400 dash.
Most Improved Junior went to Gavin Hoelzel and Nolan Thiesse. Most Improved Sophomore was Bennett Bernander while Most Improved Freshman was Ty Nelson.
Senior Gabe Wagner won the Warrior Award.
Dillon MacLaughlin set new school records in the 100 dash. He also reached state in the 200 dash.
MacLaughlin, Isaak Malay, Stark and Ruhl set the new school record in the 1600 sprint medley relay.
