Football: PRB gets 5 players, WDC 4 to All-Northwest South Subdistrict

All-Northwest South Subdistrict football team announced

Pine River-Backus earned five players to the All-Northwest South Subdistrict team while Wadena-Deer Creek had four players named.

PRB’s Corbin Knapp highlights the Tigers named All-Subdistrict as he was named Offensive Linemen of the Year.

Irvin Tulenchik, Rian Struss, Chance Abraham and Trey Tuchtenhagen were the other Tigers named All-Subdistrict.

Along with the four All-Subdistrict players, WDC had four players earn special awards.

Evan Lunde was named Linebacker of the Year, Teshe Loer was named Receiver of the Year and Offensive Player of the Year while Josh Kallevig was Quarterback of the Year for the Wolverines.


Lunde and Loer were joined by MJ Lunde and Koby Endres on the All-Subdistrict team.

Kallevig was joined by Isaac Hanann, Josiah Kallevig and Cole Woods on honorable mention.

Ethan Lodge, Konnor King and Eli Abraham were honorable mention for the Tigers
