PROCTOR — Breya Sawyer and Brynne Folden took turns dominating halves to lead the Brainerd Warriors to a 14-7 victory over Proctor Tuesday, May 24.
Sawyer scored four goals in the first half to hand Brainerd a 6-5 halftime lead.
Folden took over the second half scoring six of her seven goals in a row for the final score and to help Brainerd to an 8-5 overall record to end the regular season. That is a program-best mark.
Avery Mulholland scored twice and Alexis Aspinwall tallied the other goal for Brainerd.
Macy Peterson collected 23 saves for the win.
