BARROWS-The World of Outlaws will miss a stop at North Central Speedway this season.

A scheduling-contractual mishap is the reason for the absence of the popular racing division that was scheduled for this weekend at dirt track south of Brainerd.

Holly Orpen North, track manager, said the person NCS was working with at the World of Outlaws left the company before a signed contract was in place. The track is hoping to get the Outlaws back on next season's schedule.

Saturday's schedule will still include the six regular classes of heat racing and features.
