The ninth annual Rock 'n Run race is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. May 20 at the Belle Prairie Athletic Complex (soccer fields).
Rock 'n Run features a 10K race, 5K and 3K runs/walks and a kids 1K run. All routes wind through the Riverwood neighborhoods along the Mississippi River north of Little Falls.
Rock 'n Run is an alcohol/tobacco-free family event that includes races, games, face painting, obstacle course, characters, gaga ball, music, bike rodeo and post-race food and beverages.
The Belle Prairie Athletic Complex is located at 14721 Pine Ave., Little Falls.
