FERGUS FALLS - Dillon Card and Preston Riewer pitched two gems Tuesday to help the Bertha-Hewitt/Raiders remain alive in the Section 6-1A playoffs.
Dillon Card struck out nine, walked none and allowed one run on three hits to pitch the Raiders past Ortonville 2-1.
Card also finished 2-3 at the plate. Luke Weniger was also 2-3 with an RBI. Ethan Korfe was 1-3 with an RBI and a run scored. Mac Schluttner scored BHV's other run
In the second game, Riewer dispatched Menahga 4-0 as he struck out four, walked none and finished with a seven-hit shutout.
Korfe went 3-3 with a double, two RBIs and two runs scored. Mack Jones was 2-3 and Riewer went 1-2 with a run and Card drove in a run.
