ALEXANDRIA-Kylie Lange drove in three runs while going 2-5 with a double and home run for the Brainerd Warriors who opened their season with a 14-6 Central Lakes Conference win over the Alexandria Cardinals Tuesday.
Brainerd's Lexi Roby finished 3-5 with a triple and five stolen bases and Jordyn Sullivan was 2-2 with two doubles. Elaina Christiansen also had two hits, four stolen bases, three RBIs and two runs and Hanna Degen was 2-5 with two RBIs.
Jillian Ewald pitched the Brainerd win.
