Softball: Racori rallies to win CLC

COLD SPRING--Rocori's two-run sixth and seventh innings prevented the Brainerd Warriors from securing a share of the Central lakes Conference lead Friday.

COLD SPRING-Rocori's two-run sixth and seventh innings prevented the Brainerd Warriors from securing a share of the Central lakes Conference lead Friday.

In a game that was postponed after three innings because of weather May 8, the Spartans rallied from a 3-0 deficit to defeat Brainerd 4-3 and win the conference outright.

Hanna Degen finished 2-3 with two RBIs and a double for the Warriors, who finished the regular season 18-2 and 12-2 in the conference.

Lexi Roby was 2-3 with an RBI as the loss snapped Brainerd's eight-game win streak.

Kylie Lange hit a double and scored a run and Richelle Bjork and Clare Ceynowa scored Brainerd's other runs.
