COLD SPRING-Rocori drove in two runs in the bottom of the seventh for a 7-6 Game One victory in Monday's Central Lakes Conference doubleheader with the Brainerd Warriors.
The night cap was suspended in the bottom of the third inning with Brainerd leading 2-0.
Rocori and Brainerd were tied for first in the conference with matching 6-0 records. The undefeated Warriors had won 10 straight and Rocori (11-1) two straight.
Brainerd trailed 5-0 in the first game before tallying all six of their runs in the top of the sixth keyed by singles from Lexi Roby, Hanna Degen, Jordyn Sullivan and Cassidy Zontelli.
Sullivan and Zontelli each drove in two runs and Degen finished 2-3 with a double.

"I was really proud that we rallied and scored six runs to take the lead in the top of the sixth," said Brainerd head coach Shane Jordan. "We have not faced that adversity all season and our response was great to see."
According to Jordan, the second game will be resumed at a later date.
