Matt Tautges, Matt Kummet and Lane Girtz capped off a 26-3 season and a second-place finish in the Class 2A state tournament by being named to the Wells Fargo All-Tournament team.
The three seniors helped the Pierz Pioneers advance to Monday's state championship game at Target Field, where they fell to the defending state champion Minnehaha Academy 6-4.
Tautges and Girtz were also named to the Class 2A All-State Team as voted on by the Minnesota State High School Baseball Coaches Association.
