BARROWS-The Hobby Stock point chase could not be any tighter after a win by Tom Anderson in the feature on Saturday evening at North Central Speedway put him in a tie with Robert Young III, who finished third in the race. David Dosh trails the two drivers by just two points.
Brendon Yamry and Derek Stanoch are competing for the title in the Sport Compacts class and Yamry claimed the win on Saturday and currently holds an 11-point cushion over Stanoch.
Shawn Fletcher won the Mod 4 feature and Mark Martini was the winner for the Northern Sport Modified class. Seth Kramer and Eric Martini won the Super Stock and A-Modified feature events.
Other point leaders are Billy Kendall in the A-Modified class and Ashley Mehrwerth for the Northern Sport Modifieds. Dylan Nelson holds the top spot for the Super Stocks and Dean Blanchard in the Mod 4 class.
