ST. CLOUD — Izaac Herrlich collected 221.25 points to win the diving competition with a new St. Cloud Tech pool record and Brainerd remained unbeaten with a 116-70 Central Lakes Conference win over the Tigers Tuesday, Jan. 17.

Tristan Dawson set a pool record with a 2:09.45 in the 200-yard individual medley and

Cade Rosenwald posted a 55.79 for a pool record in the 100 butterfly. Parker Tatge set a pool record with a 1:06.58 in the 100 breaststroke and Thomas Ruhl won the 100 backstroke.

The Warriors won all three relay events. Dawson, Tatge, Rosenwald and Dylan Paulson set a new Tech pool record with a 1:41.91 in the 200 medley relay. Dawson and Tatge teamed up with Mason Kuepers and Connor Lund to win the 200 free relay and Kuepers, Rosenwald, Paulson and Lund posted the fastest time in the 400 free relay.

It’s the first year of the new Tech pool.
