Girls Tennis: Warriors shut out Fergus Falls, remain unbeaten

FERGUS FALLS—Brainerd's three doubles teams didn't lose a game as the unbeaten Warriors rolled to a 7-0 victory over the Fergus Falls Otters Friday, Sept. 7, in a Central Lakes Conference meet.

Taya Person-Heidi Jacobson, Jaycie Hinrichs-Lily Jones, and Ally Goeden-Addie Sanford were all perfect, winning 6-0, 6-0.

In singles, Britney Fletcher, Kate Kurtzman, Kate Chausse and Peyton McConkey all won in straight sets, losing just seven games between them.

The Warriors are 2-0 in the CLC and improved to 12-0 overall.

The Warrior JV doubles teams of Lily Plested-Amber Britton, Macey Peterson-Savannah Smith, and Chloe Pecarich-Catherine Moraghan all went 6-0.
