Fort Ripley 4, Aitkin 1
AITKIN-The Fort Ripley Rebels stayed unbeaten at 8-0 and on top of the North Division with a 4-1 victory over the Aitkin Steam Sunday.
Nick Jelacie ripped a solo home run and Rhett Williamson doubled twice driving in two runs for the Rebels. Brian Skluzacek and Brett Kramer also contributed doubles.
Noah Swanson singled to drive in Sam Peterson with the Steam's only run in the bottom of the ninth.
Logan Kalis earned the win pitching seven innings striking out eight while allowing three hits before turning the mound over to Jack Hegarty who picked up the save.

CROSBY-Luke Zontelli finished 2-5 with a double and an RBI for Cuyuna Range in the Miner's 8-6 win over the St.Mathias Devils in Sunday's North Division game.
Reed Olander and Dillon Solid had two singles each for the Miners.
Matt Tautges went 3-5 for the Devils and Nate Eschenbacher was 2-4 with a sacrifice.

Nisswa 11, Freeport 1
NISSWA-Matt Casperson, Aaron Jenkins and Jason Roepke all homered in the Nisswa Lightning's 11-1 victory over the Freeport Black Sox in eight innings Sunday.
All three homers came in the seventh inning when Nisswa broke the game open with seven runs. Casperson belted a grand slam, Jenkins hit a two-run shot and Roepke added a solo blast.
Nate DeChaine finished 3-5 for the Lightning with a pair of doubles and Tory Miller also added a double.
Roepke pitched all eight innings striking out six and allowing five hits.

CROSBY-Brett Kramer struck out 13 over five innings and allowed only one hit for the undefeated Fort Ripley Rebels who cruised to a seven-inning 13-0 win over the Cuyuna Range Miners Saturday.
Hayden Bukowski came on in relief for the final two innings striking out three while holding the Miners hitless.
Jack Hegarty contributed a pair of doubles while Nick Jelacie, Logan Kalis and Rhett Williamson each had one.
Luke Zontelli was tagged with the loss and had the only hit for the Miners.

PIERZ-Eric Boser and Cody Weiss turned in the only two hits of the game for the Pierz Brewers in a 10-inning 6-1 loss to the Upsala Blue Jays Saturday in the second game of the day for the Brewers.
Mike Poser pitched nine effective innings for Pierz before the Blue Jays got to him for five runs in the top of the tenth.
