The ICAST 2016 show, which was held this year in Orlando, Fla., is the fishing show of all fishing shows. It's international, but there are many Minnesotans roaming the many aisles. Electronics, lures, rods, reels, line, new products, funky products, clothing, batteries, products that have stood the test of time and some things you wouldn't even believe. Bottom line, it's the place you would like to be if you are into this sport of fishing. My daughter Alex and I roamed the floor for about a total of one day and were able to see about everything in the worldwide fishing market.

We saw more coolers than you would ever want to see and saw more lures than I have ever bought in my lifetime (that's actually under debate). We saw Roland and Scott Martin, Wade Boggs, Kevin Van Dam and so many other "fish heads." If you are a fisher, you would like to spend a day here at ICAST.

Right now Alex and I are sitting/laying at the pool, soaking in some Florida rays before we hop a flight back to the rain soaked city of Lake Shore! Looking at all things fishing today, tomorrow I'll be in my Larson looking at my bird in search of some hungry fish for the Roberts family!
