Women's College Basketball: Hot-shooting Raiders steam Ice Hawks

DULUTH--The Central Lakes College Raiders made their first trip to Lake Superior State a successful one with five players scoring in double figures for a 100-37 victory in their Northern Division opener.

DULUTH-The Central Lakes College Raiders made their first trip to Lake Superior State a successful one with five players scoring in double figures for a 100-37 victory in their Northern Division opener.

Kali Mammenga and Maggie Fellerman each hit for 13 points and Kelsie Wiete notched a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Kezia Rahier scored 12 points and Naomi Lane finished with 11 as the Raiders shot 54 percent from the field and 45 percent from behind the arc.

The Ice Hawks are a new member of the Northern Division this season. The Raiders improved to 5-3.
