Maggi Fellerman posted 13 points and eight rebounds to lead the Central Lakes College Raiders past Lake Superior 62-50 in a Northern Division game Saturday, Feb. 2 in Brainerd.
The Raiders saw their two-game losing streak come to an end and completed a season sweep over Lake Superior, having beaten them 100-37 Dec. 14.
The Raiders needed an emotional lift after their loss to Northland Thursday and they were also playing without Liz Anderson and Paige Wallevand.
The Raiders fell behind 7-1, but recovered to take a 13-11 lead after the first quarter. The second quarter was their best of the afternoon as they outscored Lake Superior 21-9 to lead 34-20 at halftime.
Naomi Lane finished with 11 points and Lillee Hardee added 10.

The Raiders moved in front of Itasca by a half game for the fourth playoff spot, behind Northland, Hibbing and Rainy River.
