Wrestling: Warriors dominate Grand Rapids Quad

GRAND RAPIDS--With 26 total pins and two technical falls, the Brainerd Warriors racked up a 68-12 win over Mora, 62-18 win over Deer River and a 64-12 win over Grand Rapids Tuesday, Dec. 13.

GRAND RAPIDS-With 26 total pins and two technical falls, the Brainerd Warriors racked up a 68-12 win over Mora, 62-18 win over Deer River and a 64-12 win over Grand Rapids Tuesday, Dec. 13.

Brainerd lost just one match, not including the six forfeits it suffered at 113- and 285-pounds.

Attle Danielson, Kyle Eschenbacher, Denny Busbey, Tucker Peterson, Braden Kramer and Morgan Gibson all finished 3-0 with three pins.

"We wrestled well regardless of the competition," Brainerd head coach Mikkey White said. "Mora was dealing with injuries and Grand Rapids didn't wrestle some of their guys. The guys wrestled well considering."
