PINE RIVER-Kyle Patnode got win 100 and the Brainerd Warriors collected two more victories as they rebounded against Bemidji 42-25 and defeated Pequot Lakes/Pine River-Backus 48-24 Tuesday, Jan. 15.

Patnode, who finished last week 8-0, added two more wins Tuesday to give him 101 for his career. Win 100 came thanks to a 1:44 pin over Bemidji's Dane Jorgensen.

"It's a huge accomplishment," Brainerd head coach Mikkey White said. "To think about it, early in his career, he wasn't even a full-time starter for us. He was getting all those wins and not necessarily always being the guy. He was behind some really good wrestlers when he was a freshman and a sophomore. He was still getting 20 or 25 wins. For him to be able to do that and get to 100 already, he'll get a lot more wins."

Brainerd fell to Bemidji Saturday, Jan. 12 40-21 during the Rick Lee Duals.

On Tuesday, Isaiah Jillson, Atlie Danielson, Patnode and Forrest Gibson all recorded pins for the Warriors.

The match of the night was a 6-5 decision, however, at 160-pounds.

"Braden Kramer had a really big win tonight," White said. "He wrestled the kid from Bemidji, Chance Hinrichs, who just beat him Saturday in a really close match. He came back and won the match with a last-second takedown. It was a great match. He wrestled really solid. That kid is good. Braden finally got that close win. It was a huge match."

Kramer finished 2-0 as did Brad Patnode. Jillson, Gabe Wagner, Mogan Gibson and Cade Barrett collected pins for Brainerd over the Road Crew. PL/PRB's Nathan Nelson, Logan Mejdrich and Tim Ryan scored pins.

The Road Crew fell to Bemidji 49-14 and beat Hibbing 47-21.
