DeTOUR Downtown is a creative placemaking collaboration between Brainerd Restoration, the Region Five Development Commission, Sage on Laurel, Five Wings Arts Council and the city of Brainerd. The initiative is focused on bringing people downtown during the South Sixth Street reconstruction project this summer. Donations can be made online until June 30.
