Justin Jeffrey Holland (left), 25, Wadena, and Brooke Michelle Alexander, 26, Pine River, were both charged May 10 in Crow Wing County District Court in Brainerd with five drug-related felonies—first-degree drug sale with 17 grams or more of meth, first-degree drug sale conspiracy, second-degree drug possession and two counts of fifth-degree drug possession.
